Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for approval.

No Open Bankruptcies.
No Landlord Debt.
No Landlord Disputes.
No Evictions(no matter how long ago).
Earn 2.5 times the rent.
550 Minimum Credit Score.
All Felonies and Misdemeanors are subject to further review.
When applying, you must upload your U.S Government/ State-Issued ID, Valid SS or Work Permit Card and two recent pay stubs.
